- Cancellations received or numbers reduced more than 30 days in advance – 10% of the original fee
- Cancellations received or numbers reduced 10-30 days in advance – 50% of tour cost
- Cancellations received or numbers reduced 3-10 days in advance – 75% of tour cost
- Cancellations received or numbers reduced within 72 hours of tour commencement – refunds will not be available
For B2C (business to client)
- Cancellations received or numbers reduced more than 7 days in advance – 10% of the original fee
- Cancellations received or numbers reduced 3-7 days in advance – 50% of tour cost
- Cancellations received or numbers reduced within 72 hours of tour commencement – refunds will not be available
